This deals massive damage, but it won't hit you as long as you stay outside the third circle from the center of the arena.
Just make sure you don't end your series of dodges within melee range. Dodge to the left or right first, then toward Icewind. But it can be avoided easily by spamming the dodge button, so make sure your stamina is always up. This attack hits multiple times and has a LONG range. Anytime you are in front of Icewind outside of her melee range (the edge of the third circle on the ground, from the middle) she will blast an icy breath back an forth over the area in front of her.
